वैसे तो Pre construction anti termite treatment के लिए मार्केट में बहुत सारे केमिकल बहुत सारे नामों से available  है|  लेकिन इनमें से हम आपको चार  महत्वपूर्ण केमिकल के बारे में बताएंगे | 

1. इसमें नंबर पर आता है    Imidacloprid |

1. Bifenthrin.

2. Fipronil.

3. Chlorpyrifos.

 Pre-construction anti-termite treatment के लिए solution कैसे बनाएं? 

1.  Imidacloprid आपको Bayer  कंपनी का Premise  के नाम से तथा  एफएमसीजी का Paxton  के नाम से मिलता है |  इसे  अनेकों कंपनियां अनेकों नामों से बनाती है| लेकिन   मैं आपको सजेस्ट करना चाहूंगा कि आप  इन्हीं केमिकल का इस्तेमाल करें |   

 इसके   लिए  आपको 400 लीटर पानी में 1 लीटर  केमिकल मिलाना होगा|

2.  नंबर दो बार आता है Bifenthrin  जोकि Biflex  के नाम से आपको मार्केट में मिल जाएगा अगर आप यह वाला केमिकल इस्तेमाल करना चाहते हैं तो आप इसको 49 लीटर पानी में 1 लीटर   केमिकल मिलाना पड़ेगा  यानी 49 लीटर पानी और 1 लीटर केमिकल  अच्छे तरीके से मिक्स करके इसका छिड़काव करें|

3.  Fipronil यह बायर कंपनी  Agenda के नाम से बनाती हैं | अगर आप  इसे इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं तो इसके लिए आपको 40 लीटर पानी में 1 लीटर केमिकल डालकर solution बनाना  है |

4. Chlorpyrifos  यह आपको मार्केट में Aldrin  के नाम से मिल जाएगा| इसकी हमें एक परसेंट की मात्रा रखनी होती है|यानी इसका सलूशन बनाने के लिए यदि  बोतल के ऊपर 20 % EC  लिखा हुआ है तो इसका मतलब है  हमें  19 लीटर पानी लेना होगा  और 1  लीटर chemical लेना  है तथा इसे अच्छे तरीके से मिलाना है| 

 

 यह चार केमिकल है जो हम Pre construction anti termite treatment  में इस्तेमाल  करते हैं |

इनमें से जो आपको बेस्ट लगे वह केमिकल इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं| लेकिन अगर आप मेरा सजेशन जानना चाहते हैं तो इनमें से सबसे अच्छा है Imidacloprid |  क्योंकि यह सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावशाली है  तथा  इसकी मात्रा  भी बहुत ही कम लगती है | जैसे मैंने  ऊपर बताया है कि 400 लीटर पानी में केवल 1 लीटर  ही मिलाना है|

1st stage for pre construction anti termite treatment:

पहले चरण में जो कंस्ट्रक्शन के लिए  नीव बनाते हैं| यानी के नीव खोदते हैं | उसके अंदर termite treatmen  करना होता है| उसके लिए उसकी लंबाई चौड़ाई यानी कि उसका total एरिया calculate  करने हैं|  उसी कैलकुलेशन के हिसाब से जो पेस्टिसाइड इस्तेमाल करना है उसका solution बना लेना है| और सलूशन बनाने के बाद 5 लीटर सॉल्यूशन  पर स्क्वायर मीटर के हिसाब से यूज करता है| जैसा कि आपको उपरोक्त  पिक्चर में दिखाया गया है|  इसका बहुत ही अच्छी तरीके से स्प्रे करना है बीच में भी  इस   स्प्रे करना है|  इसके बाद अपना कंस्ट्रक्शन चालू कर देंना है|

2nd stage for pre construction anti termite treatment:

बाउंड्री वॉल बनाने के बाद हमारी सेकंड स्टेज चालू होती है |  इसके अंदर हम same solution  5 लीटर/ स्क्वायर मीटर के हिसाब से  फाउंडेशन के दोनों तरफ  अच्छे तरीके से स्प्रे करते हैं | स्प्रे करने के बाद जो वहां की मिट्टी है उसे अच्छी तरीके से  फैला  दिया जाता है|

3rd stage for pre construction anti termite treatment:

 इसके बाद में हमारी थर्ड स्टेज चालू होती है इसके अंदर हम दीवार के साथ साथ 1 फुट की दूरी पर एक से डेढ़ फुट गहरा  10 से 15 एमएम का गड्ढे करते हैं|  इसमें हम  7-8 लीटर  solution/स्क्वायर मीटर के हिसाब से use करना चाहिए| केमिकल डालने के बाद सभी Hall  को बंद कर देना  चाहिए|  इसके बाद आगे का कंस्ट्रक्शन चालू कर दो| 

4th stage for pre construction anti termite treatment:

 4th stage  में  pre फ्लोरिंग  यानी फ्लोर बनने से पहले इसके अंदर सॉल्यूशन बनाकर स्प्रे करेंगे जो 5 लीटर/ स्क्वायर मीटर होना चाहिए| स्प्रे बहुत ही अच्छे तरीके से होना चाहिए| उसके बाद floor बनाना है | 

इस प्रकार यह pre construction anti termite treatment 4 stages मैं पूरा होता है|

 इसके अलावा 5वी स्टैंड और होती है जो ऑप्शन होती है अगर आप उसे भी  करना चाहते हैं तो अपने अपने घर के चारों तरफ  1 फिट का गैप दे कर, दो-दो फीट के गड्ढे खोदकर उसमें   7-8 लीटर केमिकल per metter स्क्वायर के  हिसाब से solution  इस्तेमाल करके  प्रॉपर तरीके से बंद कर दो| 

 पांचवी stage ऑप्शनल है| इसे आप करें या ना करें यह आपकी मर्जी पर डिपेंड करता है

 अगर आप ने चारों स्टेज प्रॉपर तरीके से कंप्लीट कर ली है तो यह termite control treatment  बहुत अच्छा हो जाता है| और 10 -15 वर्ष आपका घर termite से सुरक्षित रहता है|

 आपको एक बात का और ध्यान रखना है जब आप घर बनाते हैं तो आपकी मट्टी का लेबल डीपीसी लेबल से 3 से 4 इंच नीचे रहना चाहिए| अगर आप   मट्टी का   लेबल  डीपीसी के बराबर रखेंगे  तो उसे आपके घर में सीलन आएगी जिससे  termite के पनपने  के चांस ज्यादा रहते हैं| अगर आप उपरोक्त सभी बातों का ध्यान रखेंगे तो आप अपने घर को long time  तक  दीमक से बचा सकते हो|
